Day 5, the evening post

Is there anything better?

Overall, Justin had a good day. He has been so thirsty over the past several days he may have overdone the liquids this morning… Although his ostomy was draining well (really well, in fact), I don’t think his little half-sized stomach was quite as ready. From a dead sleep his reflux woke him and found its way out. But this is our secret since the threat of the NG tube being replaced is a nightmare, at best.

That little episode got Justin a little down, but nothing a little bath from one hot babe (he settled for just me this time) couldn’t fix. He looks great, he feels great, and he’ll sleep great tonight.

Praying tomorrow affords Justin more healing and peace! My love, Christina
