Day 10, the evening post

What a difference a day makes!

All those problems Justin was having yesterday… not so much today! Little to no indigestion, little discomfort, a slight increase in appetite, and his wit is all about him. I even caught him checking me out while I was folding blankets. You know that’s a good sign!

Justin is now off all his IVs, which makes everything easier. He was sporting the pants last night, tonight… pants and a t-shirt. He’s human again. Hooray!

He’s still taking his time with eating and I don’t blame him. There are a lot of new connections still learning to work together and get along. Not sure he’s quite up to the 1200 calories per day they want to see, but close. Maybe tomorrow.

Not a lot left to report, which is fantastic. It definitely means he’s on the right track.

Not sure what this was all about, but I like it.
