From the land of nod

Justin has been sleeping nearly all day aside from when nurses or therapist are asking him questions. The epidural switch has definitely made him more pleasant … only one snarky comment thus far.

Justin did stand for a couple of minutes this morning. He was more stable and erect than I was expecting, so good on him. 

The nurse wants him up another time this evening, the plan is 5:00 PM. I think she thinks he’s going to walk, but with his left leg still crazy swollen from the thrombectomy Thursday and the overall swelling from chemo, he’s not walking anywhere till they give him a diuretic.
